There is a solution: Our Lady of Fatima’s Peace Plan from Heaven "If people do what I tell them, there will be peace."

“One day, through the Rosary and the Scapular, I will save the world.”

"The Rosary is the answer'" Pope Pius IX

A colleague of the late Fr. Amorth, (the chief exorcist of Rome), overheard the devil. “Every Hail Mary is like a blow to my head. If Christians knew how powerful the Rosary was, it would be my end”.

austria 1945

In 1945 after WWII, Austria was occupied by 4 nations – Russia, Britain, France and the US. Post war conditions in Austria were fraught. Food was in short supply and the industries, especially in the mineral-rich area occupied by the Russians, were not being well managed. The Austrian people desperately wanted to regain their independence but how could a small country like Austria expel a Communist nation the size of Russia?

Fr. Petrus Pavlicek Fr. Petrus

Fr. Petrus Pavlicek, a Capuchin priest, visited Mariazell, the main Marian shrine in Austria to seek Our Lady’s counsel. It was 2nd February, the Feast of Our Lady of Lights. As he prayed Fr. Petrus heard an inner voice say, “Do as I say and you will have peace.” Father remembered Lepanto and how the Rosary Crusade helped Christendom defeat the greatest enemy it had ever faced. In September 1948 Fr. Petrus began the ‘Crusade of Reparation of the Holy Rosary’ through the intercession of Our Lady of Fatima. The Crusade had three aims 1) the conversion of sinners; 2) peace in the world; 3) freedom for Austria. The Bishop of Leira Portugal helped Fr. Petrus secure a pilgrim statue of Our Lady of Fatima by the same artist who made the original pilgrim statue.

Fr. Petrus’ intention was to ‘storm Heaven as soldiers storm a fort’ with Holy Mass and Rosary processions, a central part of his plan. Fr. Petrus was also deeply concerned about souls and spent literally days at a time in the confessional. Perhaps the most impressive part of Father’s plan was to get 10% of Austrians to pledge to pray the Holy Rosary each day. After a fairly slow start, more and more people joined in, even the Prime Minister Leopold Figl and members of his Cabinet. The Rosary processions, which were held each month on the 13th, became so big it was decided to hold an annual one in Vienna on 12th Sept. to commemorate the city’s famous victory over the Turks in 1682. Prime Minister Leopold Figl always led the annual procession.

Protracted peace negotiations (which included 260 meetings in London) between the 4 occupying nations and a representative from Austria, never made much progress. However Our Lady is a faithful mother. On 13th May 1955, the 4 occupying countries finally agreed to withdraw from Austria. The agreement was signed 2 days later. The last Communist soldier left Austria on 26th October 1955 without a single shot being fired. Austria had achieved the unthinkable. When you consider that this was during the Cold War when Russian aggression and religious persecution were at their highest, it is even more miraculous and confirms it could never have happened without the intervention from Our Lady and Our Lord. Exactly one year later, on 13th May 1956, Austria held its first independent elections.

‘"Look Father, the Most Holy Virgin in these last times in which we live has given a new efficacy to the recitation of the Rosary, to such an extent that there is no problem, no matter how difficult it is, whether temporal or above all spiritual, in the personal life of each one of us, of our families, of the families of the world, or of the religious communities, or even of the life of peoples and of nations, that cannot be solved by the Rosary. There is no problem, I tell you, no matter how difficult it is, that cannot be resolved by the prayer of the Holy Rosary. With the Holy Rosary we will save ourselves, we will sanctify ourselves, we will console Our Lord, and obtain the salvation of many souls."

Sr. Lucia told Father Fuentes in 1957

Lepanto 1571

The great naval Battle of Lepanto on October 7th 1571 pitted the entire forces of Christendom (the Holy League) against their most formidable and determined enemy, the Turks. The victory at Lepanto is one of the most significant events in the Catholic Church’s 2000 year history. The Holy League, under the command of Philip II of Spain’s half brother, twenty two year old Don Juan of Austria, stopped their Eastern foe from overrunning Christian Europe.

In September, Pope Pius V appealed to all of Christendom, but especially to the convents and religious houses around Rome, to double their prayers in order that the Holy League would be victorious.

The pope gave every ship a small piece of the True Cross, and as the Armada put out to sea the Papal Nuncio blessed each ship as it sailed by. While they waited for the battle to begin, Don Juan heeded the pope’s suggestion and enforced a strict code-of-conduct on his men - no women were allowed on board, and Don Juan and all his officers and crew fasted for three days. Every last one of his 81,000 men, (officers, crew and even galley slaves) also went to confession and received Holy Communion. Teams of Jesuits, Franciscans, Capuchins and Dominican priests worked around the clock for days to accomplish this mammoth task. The galley slaves, many of whom were considered the scum of the earth, were unshackled and taken to the nearby Jesuit College so they too could receive the sacraments.

Immediately before the battle Don Juan, with a crucifix raised aloft, circled his fleet to offer a final sign of encouragement. His frigate sailed under the standard of Our Lady of Guadalupe whereas the Pope’s fleet sailed under the image of Christ Crucified. The Turk’s 286 galleys far outnumbered the Holy League’s 208, but many attribute the Catholic’s resounding victory to the behaviour of the men and the intercession of our Blessed Mother and Her Holy Rosary.

The Turks lost 224 ships and 25,000 men, and 10,000 Christian slaves were freed. Pope Pius was working in the Vatican just as the battle concluded, when something drew him to the open window. He knew instantly that the Holy League had prevailed. To commemorate the greatest battle in the history of the Church, Pope Pius designated October 7th Feast of the Holy Rosary and Feast of Our Lady of Victory.

The Holy Rosary

There is no doubt whatsoever that the world is being attacked on every front, whether it is on a national or international level, between religions and ideologies and even right inside our own homes. This attack is increasing and it is becoming clear that only a supernatural weapon will bring the world back from the brink of utter devastation.

The world desperately needs peace, and Our Lady of Fatima has the ultimate Peace Plan from Heaven – the Holy Rosary. Just imagine the power and graces unleashed from Heaven if 10% of the world’s 1.3 billion Catholics pledged to pray the Holy Rosary every day? (And let’s not forget many non-Catholics pray the Rosary as well.)

What the world needs is an international Rosary Crusade, a Tithe.

Sr. Lucia told Father Fuentes in 1957, ‘Look Father, the Most Holy Virgin in these last times in which we live has given a new efficacy to the recitation of the Rosary, to such an extent that there is no problem, no matter how difficult it is, whether temporal or above all spiritual, in the personal life of each one of us, of our families, of the families of the world, or of the religious communities, or even of the life of peoples and of nations, that cannot be solved by the Rosary. There is no problem, I tell you, no matter how difficult it is, that cannot be resolve by the prayer of the Holy Rosary. With the Holy Rosary we will save ourselves, we will sanctify ourselves, we will console Our Lord, and obtain the salvation of many souls.’

Sr. Lucia asked Fr. Feuentes “How long is it until 1960?” Our Lady was sad because no one listened to Her message. (In fact the children never saw Our Lady smile.) A chastisement was imminent. Sr. Lucia said the devil was in the mood for a final battle with Our Lady. We would all have to take sides. Either we were for GOD or for the devil. Sr. Lucy’s mission was to warn people that if they persisted in their sins, they would lose their souls. Our Lady did not actually say it, but the children understood that these were the last times. However, Our Lord in His mercy was exhausting all means to ensure our salvation. He gave humanity two last weapons. After this there would be no more. 1) The Holy Rosary (made more efficacious for these times) 2) And the devotion to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. We didn’t listen to any other warnings so Our Lord sent His own mother. Our Lord does not like it when we disrespect His mother. If we reject these means of salvation there would be no forgiveness in Heaven. The devil knows how to get the most souls into hell. He goes after the consecrated, leaving the sheep abandoned, lulling them to sleep. ‘We would either be saved together or damned together.’

As well as asking the Pope to consecrate Russia to Her Immaculate Heart, Our Lady asked Sr. Lucia to propagate the Communion of Reparation: go to Mass for five consecutive months on the First Saturdays; make a worthy confession in that week; pray the Rosary every day; wear the Scapular-Our Lady’s uniform, but have it enrolled with the Carmelites first; make Reparation and offer Sacrifices for our own and other people’s sins; live our daily life well-to be heroic given we all have difficult lives. When enough people did this, ‘there would be a wave of grace over the world, greater than the wave of evil.’

Just imagine the power and graces unleashed from Heaven if even just 10% of the world’s 1.3 billion Catholics pledged to pray the Rosary every day? (And let’s not forget many non-Catholics pray the Rosary as well.) Here are some examples in history that attest to the miraculous power of the Rosary.

12th & 13th Century The Albigensian Heresy: The Albigensians were destroying the minds of Catholics by saying that the body was evil. Suicides were common.

1200s: Our Lady gave St. Dominic the Rosary and said, – “One day through the Holy Rosary and the Scapular I will save the world.”

After a while, the people forgot about praying the Rosary. This was the era of the Black Death, the Great Schism and the 100 Year War.

1460: Our Lady appeared to Blessed Alan de Roche and asked him to re-establish devotion to the Rosary. It became his special mission.

1571 Battle of Lepanto See above

King Galicia: King Alphonso wanted his subjects to pray the Rosary so as an example he wore a Rosary on his belt. As a result many of his subjects in his kingdom prayed the Rosary. Interestingly King Alphonso, never did himself. Once, when King Alphonso was critically injured in battle, he had a vision whereby Our Lord was about to condemn him to hell. Suddenly he saw Our Lady with some scales. She put all of his sins on one side, and on the other were all of the Rosaries he helped promulgate. These Rosaries outweighed his sins and he was spared. From then on King Alphonso prayed the Rosary with great devotion and did everything in his power to promote it.

Propagating the Rosary saved the King from eternal damnation.

1673-1716 The Jansenists were making great inroads into Catholic France. St. Louis Grignion de Montfort preached unceasingly the necessity of praying the Holy Rosary calling it - Holy Slavery to Our Lady.

The French Revolution 1789: The peasants of Bretagne and Vendee kept the Faith during the onslaught of the French Revolution.

1917 Fatima: See above.

1930: The local bishop approved the Fatima apparitions.

1931: The following year on May 13th, 300,000 people were present at Fatima when the Portuguese bishops consecrated their country to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. As a result, there was a renewal of faith throughout Portugal which included 'a drastic upsurge in priestly vocations.'

1936: The Portuguese bishops promised Our Lady they would renew their consecration if she spared Portugal from the effects of the bloody Spanish Civil War at their doorstep. Pope Pius XII acknowledged that this consecration saved Portugal from Communism/ Spanish Civil War.

1938: In 1938 the Portuguese bishops once more publicly consecrated Portugal to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. On February 6th 1938, Sr. Lucy, confirmed that the Portuguese bishops' consecration had indeed saved the country.

1945 Hiroshima: On 6th August 1945, a nuclear bomb was dropped on Hiroshima. Eight Jesuit priests lived one mile from the epicentre of the bomb blast. Miraculously they survived, while those all around them were killed. The men were examined by 200 scientists and doctors. Why did they survive? “Because we were living the message of Fatima. We prayed the Rosary every day.”

1945 Austria: After WWII the Austrian bishops noticed their seminaries were empty and the people's faith was lukewarm. They called a synod...the problem? Due to the war and the subsequent disruption to family life, the Family Rosary had been neglected. The bishops began promoting the Family Rosary and within a short time, the seminaries were full.

Fr. Patrick Peyton: The Rosary Priest ‘The family that prays together stays together.'

Father Peyton was born in County Mayo, Ireland in 1909. In 1938 he was desperately ill with TB and at his sister’s urging, he consecrated himself totally to Our Lady and devoted himself to praying the Rosary. Miraculously he was healed. He was ordained in 1941 and spent the rest of his life promoting the Rosary. 1950s-1960s: During Fr. Peyton’s life, a total of 30,000,000 people came to his Rosary rallies - 2,000,000 at one time in Manila. Several times during the 1950s, over 1,000,000 people attended his rallies.

1962-1964 Brazil: During this period, Brazil very nearly fell under the yoke of Communism, with the universities awash with communist propaganda and strikes were common causing widespread unrest and anarchy. A woman called Dona Amelia Bastos decided the future of the country was too important to leave to the men, so she established the Campaign of Women for Democracy. With the help of Archbishop Camara, Dona recruited women to pray the Rosary. For three hours 600,000 women gathered in the streets of Sao Paulo praying the Rosary and pleading with the Immaculate Heart of Mary to save Brazil. On April 1st, 1964 the communist government was defeated with not one life being lost. Shortly after, the president fled the country.

1975 Portugal: In 1975, Portugal was once more in danger of being taken over by the communists. The people prayed the Rosary with more fervor than ever and the country was spared.

1978 Florida: Ted Bundy murdered 30-35, possibly even 50 young women in the US. No one knows for sure. Many of his victims were university students from Florida. On one particular evening Bundy entered a student dorm and killed every women except for one. While on death-row, Bundy admitted to a priest that when he entered this particular student’s room he intended to kill her. However as Bundy entered the room he noticed she was clutching a Rosary. (The young woman’s grandmother had given it to her for protection and told her to pray the Rosary every night, even if she fell asleep while praying). As soon as Bundy saw the Rosary, he dropped his weapon and fled. He told the priest, some mysterious force protected the young woman and prevented him from murdering her.

Mother Angelica: A Protestant minister phoned Mother Angelica and wanted to know what those 53 prayers were Mother and her nuns said each night on TV. Mother explained it was the Holy Rosary. A little while later he rang Mother to say all of his congregation were now praying the Rosary. Sometime later he rang Mother again to tell her that his whole congregation had become Catholic.
